Under the supervision of Şenol KAYA, Assoc. Prof. Dr., the first products of the TÜBİTAK 1005 project, the chip-form NÜRFET radiation dosimeters, have been produced and commercialized. We kindly request that you review the product catalogs of NÜRFET dosimeters, which have different sensitivities, and contact us if you have any questions. NÜRFETs can be used in various applications with high radiation doses, such as orbit/space radiation, high energy physics applications, and radiotherapy.
