Electrical characterization of the fabricated devices is performed in the NRDC laboratories. We can perform independent electrical characterization of analog, digital and ‘mixed signal MOS structures, MOSFET based detectors, and integrated circuit components for industry. We have well equipped test and measurement laboratories in which we perform;

• Life Time Testing
• Analysis of electrical characteristics of new products
• Electrical evaluation of competing products
• Measurements to facilitate MOSFET based detectors re-design for more competitive performance and cost

Structural and optical characterizations of fabricated devices can be performed by the central laboratory in AIBU campus. In laboratory, several measurements can be done including;
