In the RCA cleaning room, there are three fully automated wet benches, each with 8 compartments, capable of performing the necessary chemical cleaning.

These wet benches are used for cleaning samples before and after processing. The chemical cleaning is done within a closed system where safety is fully ensured, and all necessary chemicals for the procedures are available. The laboratory where these processes are carried out meets ISO-5 cleanroom standards.
