The Nuclear Radiation Detectors Application and Research Center places great importance on the training and orientation processes for newly joined graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and staff members. To expedite the familiarization with the center, an orientation training plan has been developed. As part of this plan, participants are required to watch our online training videos, available via the links below, to gain basic information about the center without delay.

Upon completion of the online training process, our participants undergo two practical training sessions, each lasting two hours. A detailed workflow diagram of our orientation program is provided under the "Quality" tab. After the online and practical training, participants who pass the subsequent exam will have their orientation training completed and will receive device training from expert staff to conduct their own experiments. The training activities conducted are a requirement of our Quality Policies, specifically the provision of field-specific training opportunities based on institutional needs and external stakeholder feedback in postgraduate education.
